Emmalene keeps every project moving with a trademark Yorkshire efficiency. Where planning meets precision, She’s the bridge between design and delivery, coordinating timelines, materials and people to exacting standards so every order is ready when needed most.

Attentive, knowledgeable and straight talking, Alison helps customers find the right solution without a fuss. She makes it her mission to fully understand our clients requirements so she can ensure they get a solution that is perfectly tailored to their needs.

Vanessa makes sure our clients and partners get more than a great product- they get peace of mind. Her focus is on building long term relationships built on honesty, reliability and quiet confidence. She understands what matters most and ensures that every project is delivered with care, clarity and confidence.

Design Supervisor

With over two decades of experience, James bridges concept and manufacture, ensuring that every project is practical, effective and built to perform with millimetre accuracy.
Grounded in precision, He guides the design team in creating solutions where detail matters and reliability is essential.

Designer

Blending digital modelling with practical insight from the workshop floor, Abbie brings our clients projects to life. Her creative thinking backed by technical know- how means that clients get smart, purposeful solutions that balance function, fit, and durability, transforming challenges into engineered protection

Lukasz Rakowski

Cutting Supervisor

Lukasz leads the first stage of production with accuracy and consistency. His sharp eye for detail ensures every material is prepared to exact specifications, ready for fabrication-proving that true precision starts with skilled hands as much as machines.

Paulina Rakowska

Sewing Supervisor

Craftsmanship and innovation work side by side in this role. Paulina turns ideas into dependable realities with skill and care. Working closely with the design team she ensures each client’s vision is brought to life whilst making smart and effective use of materials to create products that are both sustainable and responsibly made.
