Nautolex Vinyl is a premium upholstery fabric designed as a hardwearing seating vinyl suitable for both internal and external applications. Unique Prefixx finish is designed to be easy to clean, antibacterial and mildew resistant, providing a versatile product that you can be confident in using.
With a Nautolex Underlining material designed especially for the bottom of the cushion. Manufactured from a woven polyester with a PVC coating it is designed to provide breathability to the cushion and allow moisture to escape. The underlining is mould and mildew resistant and is perfect to use when covering cushions in a non-perforated or breathable material.
Headlining our premium Vinyl is flame bonded to a 4.5mm foam and scrim, to make a perfect replacement or new finish to the inside of any vessel from commercial boats to camper vans. Available in a section of our more popular colours, although any colour can be foam-backed subject to a minimum quantity. Call to check for other colours available in this style.
We take our premium upholstery vinyl and apply a fluted finish, using a foam insert to provide a luxury feel and finish to the product. Suitable for all upholstery applications and available in a selection of our more popular colours, although any colour can be fluted subject to a minimum quantity.
