Her quick mastery of the craft and tireless dedication didn’t go unnoticed—in just two years, she earned her place as sewing supervisor.

In her current role, Paulina is a linchpin of the prototyping team, working side-by-side with the design department to turn ideas into high-quality, customer-approved products. Her sharp eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and commitment to excellence have raised the bar across the workshop. She doesn’t just meet the standards—she helps define them.
