All our wheelhouse covers are manufactured in Matt PVC, with a weight of 620gsm. It is a heavy-duty, robust fabric that is fully waterproof and has the added benefit of being wipe-able. Or, there is the option of a 610gsm PVC with a grained finish and grey backing.
A Little About the Process
Our pattern maker will measure your wheelhouse and using our rot proof marine thread our expert machinists will ensure the stitching is neat. A fully trained fitter will then handle the installation process, and the design team will keep your unique design on file in case you ever need a replacement, saving you time and money in the future. Additionally, the wheelhouse covers come with relevant fittings and fixtures and the travel expenses for the two trips required to your boat location are included in the final price.
