Fabric

All manufactured in either marine grade canvas – A breathable and heavily water resistant fabric which is also U.V. resistant.  The fabric has a Teflon coating on the outside which repels water and a polyurethane  (acrylic spayed) coating on the inside which, along with being water resistant gives the fabric strength. Or, manufactured in cape grain PVC, a 610gsm PVC with a grained finish and a grey backing.  It is a polyester based, heavy duty, robust fabric which is fully waterproof and has the added benefit of being wipe-able.  ­

We use Marine grade thread on all our products, a strong, heavy duty thread which swells into the stitching to help prevent water ingress.
